Calendar of Events

Current curriculum is being developed for 2010. Please see Old Windmill Dairy Cheese making class schedule. We are inviting a local veterinarian to come and discuss management of pet health care and other live stock health care concerns.

We are also negotiating with a master gardener to discuss aspects of gardening.

Currently Old Windmill Education is working with Farm to Table, Old Windmill Dairy and a new up and coming dairy to bring cow milk products to local New Mexico markets in 2010.

We are currently interested in working with renewable energy programs, grey water programs and other farmers to improve community sustainability. Please contact us if you wish to work together and perhaps providing a community lecture in our big red barn.
